It worked. As such, I bought two more.

The price is not bad for a big 1 inch vacuum breaker (backflow preventer) and while these are typically used to pipe culinary water outside for irrigation/lawn use (to prevent water from flowing back into the culinary water system), I needed them for preventing backflow from an outdoor culinary water hookup (RV hookups). Once I received them I found the label "not for potable water use" so I had to return them, but they appear well-built and a good value otherwise.

No issues and a good price

Easy replacement for a 31 year old "Bluebird" backflow that had a slow leak.

It didn't work. I had to cut it out and buy a replacement part locally. I got a refund on the part but that can't replace the time, materials, and customer stress caused by me having to do the job twice, with a dead line looming.

Replaced my old ones

My purchase arrived in a timely manner and packaged very well. It was exactly the style I needed for my sprinkler system as mine died. It’s a 30 year old system and hard to find parts at local plumbing supply stores. I’m grateful this was available so I wouldn’t have to change out my whole system!
