Works great, i do about 1 hr and 15 mins on low on the stove, i put about 1/2 cup of water and fill more water after 30 mins or so. Easy to wash and easy to unmold

Not happy with the product.The outer pot leaked nonstop from the handle screw holes. The center of the inner pan has no way for vapor to escape so it makes the pan more as it simmers and splashes boiling water.Would not purchase again.

This little flan pot is pretty cool does what it is supposed to do. The reason behind the low 3 star rating is because I have not been able to enjoy none of my flans, I have made do to the sides becoming blackish meaning the pot is releasing something unhealthy my family is not eating from that. I have soaked, boiled, steam wash the dang pot and it still does the same thing. This purchase was a waste of my money, I guess I can say the aluminum quality is just bad.

Great for pricing. No real complaints. Only thing that striked me as odd was that the steam vent hole on the lid. For a flanera it defeats the whole purpose. Especially if you're using an electric top. I managed to work around it with Foil paper but it's an absurd thing to have.
