The Solgar Potassium Gluconate has become a essential part of my daily wellness routine. I’ve had this potassium supplement since April 2024, and it is still within its expiry date (06/2026), which shows that the bottle is quite large and long-lasting. Because of the size, it may not be ideal for someone who uses potassium occasionally, so a smaller bottle might be better depending on personal needs. I don’t use it daily, but I keep it on hand and use it when I feel I need it. It fits into my routine as an occasional supplement rather than a daily one. Overall, it is a good quality product from a trusted brand, and having a larger bottle makes it convenient to keep available for long-term use.

I got cramps in my calves. I was missing sufficient potassium in my diet. I bought these and they worked. Cramps (painful Charley horses) went away. I eat more bananas now but still take one of these a day. The polls are big, but I can swallow them. If you have a problem with that aspect, cut them in half--they are round. By the way, when you read that these are 3% of daily value, don't be mislead by that. FDA limits the amount a manufacturer can put in a supplement. No brand has the percentage any higher. . If you took more, you'd get sick. Get the rest of your potassium needs met through food. Read up on why are potassium supplements so low on the internet. These work, but only take one a day or one every two days.

I bought these tablets when my husband and I started the ketogenic diet. Sometimes with keto, you need to add electrolytes, if you're not getting enough, and I suspected I wasn't getting quite enough. I added some broth, plus one of these and a magnesium supplement at lunch and I feel *so* much better. These pills are slightly large, but I take fish oil supplements that are at least as big, if not bigger. I suspect the problem is more with the shape than the size. The fact that they're round means they may be harder for some to swallow, though I personally haven't had a problem with them. Pros: - Great for ketogenic diet supplementation. Cons: - Size *may* be a little too big, given the shape.

These are great for leg cramps and low potassium, I have noticed others seem to think they are large and hard to swallow, which is true, but I chew them quickly then gulp some water and they go down a treat.
