I figured I'd be deeply disappointed or think this was the greatest purchase ever. It's not the greatest purchase ever, but it sure is pretty awesome. I've used it now for about 2 weeks.Our tile shower ceiling hadn't been cleaned in...a while - mainly because I couldn't figure out how to clean it.I got this, charged it overnight, sprayed some cleaner on the ceiling and WOW! It took off the gunk that had accumulated, cleaned the grout and it looks great! I've played around with all the brushes - the pointed one works great in the crevices and grout. The wand is easy to hold - not too heavy or too light.The charge has held through a number of uses (probably 5 times for 10 minutes each).Couple things that might help:1) don't apply much, if any pressure. Let the brushes do the work. If you apply pressure, it doesn't work as well2) Push the wand in the direction it wants to go. If you go against the brush flow, it is a lot harder and/or the wand skips around a lot (which probably makes people use more pressure). Go in the direction of the brush flow and it's smooth and easy.3) Use a cleaner (scrubbing bubbles, etc) with the brush and it is amazing.4) Some mentioned that the bristles (especially on the pointy brush) can get all wonky after a short while - which is true. I poured some almost boiling water on it and smoothed out the bristles - took 2 times, but it looks almost like new.I've used this in our tile shower and our tub, and it cleaned up the water stains, grout and tile.Definitely a great purchase!

I am really happy with this. I was looking for something to keep my tile shower clean and also my kitchen floor. This does a great job at getting the dirt that settles into tiles out! No more scrubbing on my hands and knees. This also makes cleaning the shower ceiling really easy. I no longer need to climb onto a chair or stool. The charge lasts a long time and this is easy to disassemble to store.

The reason I purchased this product is that I am not able to reach some areas, I have used it on the floor behind the toilet, but you need something to wipe up the extra cleaning liquid. I have used a rag with a reacher to rinse the area. Much easier to clean the shower with this product. Gets a little heavy hold product when cleaning shower walls, maybe a handle would help.

I was REALLY excited to get this cleaning brush because I have some hard to reach areas in my house that I need a little extra reach & scrubbing power to get really clean. One of those locations is our window & sliding glass door tracks that get super dusty & dirty as we live near farmland & have kids & pets. I tried out the brush that I thought would work best, with the tapered bristles. This thing is as soft as a tooth brush & I'm not sure how anyone is using each brush head more than a few times without the bristles becoming completely frayed & useless. It also came somewhat dirty, which was weird because it was supposed to be brand new & each piece was wrapped in plastic. Overall I would NOT recommend wasting over $50 on this, it’s sitting on my shelf in the laundry room after that first use. I wish I could return it.

I had been using my daughter's electric scrubber, which worked okay compared to getting on my hands and knees (I am 70+ years old). I bought this scrubber after reading the description and reviews. It is fantastic. I am able to put pressure on it and it still keeps running strong. My shower looks so shiny and white after cleaning off 8 weeks of scum off it with this scrubber, which has become very difficult for me to clean by kneeling on the floor. I wish I had taken a picture of the difference for you. Trust me - you will not be disappointed with this purchase. I now have one in my winter place and will be purchasing another one when I get home in the Spring.

So I ordered this item and received it. Prior to tossing the packaging I plugged it in to charge to make sure it worked, it did after I charged it up. I did not use it at this point it was just a quality to check. I tossed the packaging knowing that it did work. A couple weeks later I needed to use it - it did not work, it did not have a charge so I plugged it in to charge and the charger did not seem to work. I never got to use the product for cleaning. I found it to be a huge hassle and not a quality item.

Can’t beat the price of this tool . It’s a great multi useful tool. I used mine on baseboard, doors , wall etc. love mine . If u have animal’s in the house this is a must tool for your cleaning needs.

Works great. I was worried that it wouldn't be strong enough since some of the heads have softer bristles. No worries at all because it started going to town on that tile floor immediately. LOVE IT. If you charge it and don't use it right away, holds the charge great days later. Handy charge indicator light as well. Love the softer dome shaped head for the shower glass, stiff, flat one for the floor, pointy one for corners. GREAT buy.

Facile à utiliser, robuste pour la job à faire et très polyvalent avec plusieurs tête de recharge. Juste un petit B molle, c’est que j’ai rien trouvé pour l’es lot de recharge. Je crois que je dois racheter un kit complet. Dommage

Every home needs this product.

I can't do without this with my tricky back. It works okay snapped the one before this excerting to much pressure on it. Does the job but more important I don't have to bend and get up and down. I will buy another one if anything happens to this one

The brush is too soft and it doesn’t not work on the bathroom tiles I only use it once so I give it 1 out of 10

Very Poorly Made Product.-E xtension rod is flimsy.- Low power(stops under any decent scrubbing force)- Took over 7 Hours to charge (maybe for first time only)- Charge Cable is only 35 inches (96cm) so you cant actually Charge and hang it.- Generally just feels cheap eg. The Power ButtonPlease spend the Extra $10-$15 for a better.** 2 Stars instead of 1 Because:- It did spin... YAY..- It comes with a sponge attachment (which some of the others don't)- Has a head with adjustable anglesVery Unhappy with the quality.
