Tastes decent with a little added lemon juice
I've only been drinking this beet root powder for 4 days but I love it. I add some lemon juice and ice to it and it is pretty easy to drink and even enjoy. As a woman on my 40s, I wanted to add this to my routine to reduce the risk of heart attack. I like that it doesn't have any added garbage in it and is basically just beet root.

Decent
Seemed to help at first giving me some energy but not using it regularly. I have venous insufficiency and trying lots of different products. It’s expensive but worth a try. Compared to other beet products you can tell it’s definitely pure beets

Hard to get past the taste
I bought this for the dogs but it’s staining. Tried it for me and it has the dirt taste that some veggies give off. I didn’t feel a whole lot better after drinking it. Waiting for warm weather so I can try it in a smoothie.

Cover redesign idea
The media could not be loaded. I love the product and beets have great nutritional value. Ibelieve the company should redesign the cover to include a clip of sort to prevent the scooper from staying in the beet powder which we all have experienced leaves a residue all over the scooper and our fingers. Simple fix just takes a little ingenuity. Yes one could keep the scooper on a drawer but it could easily be misplaced or lost. Looking forward to feedback.

Caused high liver enzymes, be careful!
I feel like there’s information lacking on this label….. like how much fluid to add to it and that you should probably take with a meal!!! I was taking a scoop in a little cup of water bc it doesn’t say 8fl oz or anything specific. I don’t like the taste of beets, so I would make a small cup of it and just down it. I also normally skip breakfast so I was just taking this in the am with my normal supplements including a multivitamin, vitamin D, probiotic, garlic, and selenium. I thought I was doing right by my body but instead when I had my annual blood work done 4 weeks after starting this, my liver enzymes were through the roof - AST and ALT over 100 (normal is 20 for me). It caused me 4 weeks of constant worry and stress until I could retest. During that time I stopped all supplements (which sucked bc I rely on some of my supplements that I’ve taken for as long as I can remember to help with things like sleep and RLS). Thankfully I retested today and back in the 20s.I think bc this is so concentrated and goes straight into your blood stream you need to make sure you’re taking it with plenty of water and food! And don’t take it with any other supplements either…. I was also taking my normal supplements when I downed this and I think it alone, or in combination with my supplements, it was creating a toxic environment bc I didn’t change anything this year from last with supplements except for adding in this. I was completely asymptomatic and just so thankful for annual bloodwork that discovered this was hurting me more than helping me before it did some real damage to my body.Too much of a good thing is not always a good thing. Just know what you’re buying and be careful because this is VERY concentrated and much stronger than the normal beetroot juice!!!
