PROSOCO O&G Stain Remover

Worked perfectly on spilled grill grease on pavers! I upended my grease tray while grilling and was left with a 6"x6" stain which did not come out using any concentional cleaning method (dish soap, baking soda and vinegar, etc). I applied the Prosoco, left it to sit overnight, and the entire stain came out. My pavers are now slightly lighter in color, but I attribute that to them being much cleaner; I anticipate they will return to the same color as the other pavers once I walk over them/they get some dirt on them again. All in all, very happy with the result though.

We had several outdoor rugs taped down on the patio with double sided carpet tape. They stuff is extremely sticky and when it came time to remove them, the rectangles where the residue was are basically permanent (so I thought) after first cleaning them as well as I could with wd-40, goo-gone etc, I was left with a stain that this stuff removes. It typically takes 2 or 3 rounds of it, but it will get it to 95% or better gone. Hopefully I'll remember to take some pics on the next round.

I have GREAT things to say about this goop! 1st I have a beautiful, clean slab, bought a Jeep that vomited all it's oil on the slab. Had "someone" not rushed to pressure wash it, this would have come first, but it DID help so much removing what wasn't blasted into the concrete, I am very grateful. Then jeep puked again. I swept, stored the dry residue. I added water, stirred, reapplied, dried and it WORKED AGAIN! Seriously I am a believer! So don't toss dried product. It worked the 2nd time just as well by adding water and re-applying.

I have been waiting to write this review. A few months ago, as the results of a fouled up oil change, we had a large oil leak on our driveway pavers. This was fresh, new motor oil. The mobile shop that make the error was supposed to send someone to clean the pavers but, of course, they never did. After a couple of months, I gave up on them and tried scrubbing the stains with a mixture of hot water, dawn, and 91% isopropyl alcohol but it didn't make a dent. Looking for solutions online, I came across this. I read the other reviews about white marks after but I figured it was due to not letting it dry completely, so I gave it a shot. Attached are the before and after shots. I live in south Florida so it's always humid here. That said, I used the entire bottle and it was enough to cover about 1/2 of the stain. I let it sit undisturbed for about 48 hours until it was all completely dried and cracked. I used a stiff bristle brush and broom and had to don an N95 mask the dust was so bad. It makes a MESS cleaning up but came off with about 30 minutes of work. The results are mixed. One the one hand, it did remove the stains but on the other hand, I am left with these white marks all over the driveway that do not rise off with water. I will try pressure washing this weekend and update it if works. If it does, I will order a 2nd bottle to do the rest of the stain. If it does not, I guess I will have to hire a pro to try to clean it.

The best product for removing oil stains from driveways. My cheap-a$$ work car leaked oil and my HOA sent me a letter to clean up the stain. Pressure washing DOES NOT WORK!!! Apply a layer of Prosoco, let it fully dry for 24-48 hours, then sweep off the residue. The stain will be gone.

This stuff was poured on my driveway to remove the oil stain left by Branch County Road crew as they were putting down tar and then pea-gravel. The CLOWN ran his oil sprayer over the entire end of my new driveway cement. I ordered this product to remove the stain. I followed directions and have left it on the cement for 2 days. I tried to scrape it off this morning, and it was NOT dry, and when I did scrape a bit of it, it was wet, kind of discolored on the bottom, but has left the oil stain in the cement. I'm leaving it on for another day. This seems to be HORRIBLY ineffective stuff, and a waste of money.

I had an automobile oil stain that was 13 years in the making, the same car with the same drips every day for the duration. I had tried a couple of other methods to get it up with no success. My research led me to this, so I gave it a try. It took the whole gallon, I wanted to make sure it was thick enough and completely covered the spot. About the time it became fully dry, we started getting rain, off and on for days. I looked at it today and the rain was dissolving it and I thought for sure it was ruined and I’d have to do it all over, but I got my pressure washer out and went over it and it looks great! I can’t believe how good it looks. If you didn’t know there had been a big spot there, you’d never notice a thing. I’m amazed at what a good job it did, even with it getting wet like it did. It left all kinds of little white crumblies that I’ll need to sweep it up when it stops raining and dries up. I can highly recommend this product. For those who said it didn’t work, I can’t imagine what they did wrong or what they were trying to get up. I figured after 13 years of soaking in that nothing would get it up, but this did!
