Broke within a few uses
This item was great when it worked. After a few uses the light went dim and stayed that way. I was adjusting the swivel arm to point in the right direction and it just stopped working. The adjustable swivel arm is a feature on this item, so please tell me what I did wrong?I contacted the seller and they responded after about two days. Let me start by saying this is a USB device. It's as simple as plugging in a lamp. In the seller's response, they asked me how I was using it and what was I plugging it in to, like it took a rocket scientist know how a USB device us used. I responded by telling them I had tried multiple different bricks and every possible USB port I could find in my house. It's been a week and I still have not received a response from them.I understand that it's possible to get a faulty item, which is fine, but at least know how to run a business and communicate with your buyers in a timely manor. Stay away from this seller and/or item. Do your best not to order products out of China.Overall, 2 STARS since when it worked it was cool, then broke within minutes.
