Great product
As everyone else has said the instructions make no sense at all but watch a YouTube video or 2 and youll soon pick up. It doesn't have to be fitted exactly to the template but its best to keep as close to it as possible.

Very good product, a lot more smooth than the old one it's replacing

Not worth the money
Instructions are unreadable. Eventually got it on with the help of YouTube but struggle to open the door and no adjustments for this, only closing speed. It's in the bin and I'm now filling in the holes. Best to buy a named brand.

Fitting instructions!
No fitting instructions, don’t know how to adjust closing tension! Also the arms seem to be locked! Will they unlock when the door is in closing mode?

Bit too heavy resistance to open door
Good price but Leaves door quite heavy to open, would have preferred a ‘ lighter’ resistance version that kids can open easily without having to push hard against door to open it.

Instructions are absolutely dreadful
Device is ok, a bit flimsy but you get what you pay for. Instructions are the most appalling translation I’ve ever seen. If I hadn’t installed a door closer before I would have been completely confused. So if you know how to fix it, go ahead. If you need the instructions forget it!
