I’ve been wanting to try Ashwagandha for a while, and when I saw that Truvani carried it I decided to test it out as a supplement. Who doesn’t need help reducing stress nowadays?The tablets have an earthy scent, but are easy to swallow since they are a medium size. I’ve been taking them for a few weeks and feel like they truly are helping me take daily stressors in stride.I also love the Truvani protein, especially the banana-cinnamon flavor. I make smoothie with 1/2 a frozen banana, 8oz water, and a scoop of Truvani. Nice clean morning meal!

This isn’t a fake review. I have been taking this brand of Ashwagandha for 2 full months now and I can say I absolutely LOVE it. I started taking it after reading reviews mid afternoon to see how it effected me at first I did get a little nauseous however I didn’t eat anything prior so that could be why. Second day I ate before and I felt great. It makes you feel relaxed and calm. I still was able to take care of my kids and my house hold like normal.After 2 months taking it everyday I now just feel I took CBD oil and sleep through the night comfortably. No side effects at all or feeling like crap when I wake up. This definitely should be in everyone’s home. It works, it’s effective and it’s not habit forming.

Very happy with the product

I have done a lot of research about Ashwagandha and have been looking for brands to try and I decided to give Truvani a try (Plus it's organic!). This was one of the best decisions I made so far! Every since taking one tablet every morning I feel as if I have more energy and I don't get that cranky feeling when hungry or stressed. I genuinely think this product will help you as well with your energy and mood but to each their own. The tablet is also really easy to swallow and not that large as you can see in the picture I shared. The material of the bottle feels really high quality compared to other supplement bottles.

I've used Truvani Ashwaganda for a full 30 days before this review. I'm a type A person and I feel like I can legitimately say it has helped calm me down. I feel like I have more patience, which is typically not my forte! As far as the size and texture of the product, it's small, easy to swallow and is a little bit grainy. So I don't advise dumping it out on the counter to get a tablet out. I have two more months of it and I'm looking forward to seeing if the results are lasting!

I take extra Ashwagandha with my adrenal support even though the product already contains the herb. I like to take some extra by itself just before I go to sleep. I'm recovering from a surgery after an injury and find that it helps not only my mental state but also with my overall wellbeing. You can never support your adrenals enough :) and since I definitely need help with muscle growth and good sleep what's not to like! I also really like that besides a little black pepper for a better absorption it's just Ashwagandha! It's not a packed hard tablet, it's a softly pressed herb. Two thumbs up!

I can't speak to if these actually work because I was completely turned off by the horrible smell. Also, the cotton was covered in what looked like sawdust and then when I dumped the bottle it was evident that the pills were disintegrating. I filed a claim with Amazon and the replacement was exactly the same which made me wonder if this is how they are supposed to actually smell and be so soft they fall apart in transit. How has no one else mentioned this in a review? There's no chance I'd make a tea out of these or even attempt to swallow them. Back to my old brand of Ashwaghanda...had high hopes with this one though! :(

Worth the price, worth the shipping time., Bliss me will become apart of my daily mindset routine!!! When I ordered this I only knew of one ingredient that I had tried for a few days and knew it worked. I was in desperate search of a natural remedy for what I call a "mind loop", a state of being were my mind is stuck on all the stupid crap going on in life causing me chronic anxiety and several depressive, low energy days in a week. To top it off I am an ex addict who refuses to take pharmacial pills knowing natural remedies could ultimately help. I love these. Plain and simple. Although it takes a few days to kick in and change my bodies chemistry, they absolutely work. Like with anything....IF YOU ALLOW THEM TOO. 😊 it's not a head change, it's an all over body and mind suttle shift to the postive I have been practicing day in and day out. That's my story and I'm sticking to it....lol!
