Q: Can you use these stands for mini hifi speakers?

Absolutely. I have a pair of Yamaha HS8 active monitors on mine and they’ve sat there happily for a couple of months. Technically the stands are a little small for such large boxes but they’ve been fine. Anything smaller will suit them perfectly.

Q: Had anyone got the actual dimensions? So what size width and depth are the plates and how high off the desk will the speakers be? Thanks

I own these, Plates are 8 x 12 cm, speakers will be about 22cm off the desk
