Both of my boys wore these hats. One 6 years ago and the other now since new born.The hats wash good, they are soft, and true to size. My older son wore these until they did not have his size.

I’m not going to lie, this set has a great value, with 8 hats for the price of 1. There’s different colors and patterns, with something for each outfit. They are thin enough for everyday use (not only when it’s really cold), and it’s exactly what I needed for my (then) bald baby.My only issue is the sizing. I went by the name of the size and could not be more wrong. My son was 6 months when I got this. I looked at the options and thought the size 6-24 months would be a no brainer, right? WRONG! I had to return it and get it on the next size, 2-4 years. My son doesn’t have a big head or anything - just a regular sized 6 month old. They should definitely update the name of the sizes. Other than that, it’s a great product.

My son looks so adorable in these! His head is 36cm circumference at a month old, and is on the smaller side for his age. I hate the hats with the knot on top, and was having the hardest time finding simple beanies in stores, and then I found these! Amazing fit even after I washed and dried on low heat, and I don’t have to fold them over like some other reviewers are saying. When he gets bigger I’ll definitely be reordering the larger size, because I can’t imagine him not ever wearing these. So perfect.Updated: my son grew out of these at 6.5 months old, still head size no larger than average for his age. Just bought the size up to 24 months, and they came with labels sewn on (the smallest size did not). No problem, as I just took a seamripper to them and washed them. They don’t even look like anything had been sewn on; no holes in the fabric or anything!Another thing is the color consistency between the sizes is off on the red and the brown. The red and the brown in the smallest size seemed more like an Alabama Crimson Tide red and an olive-y brown, but the red and the brown in the next size up were more of a true red and a true brown.

It is not true to size. I love the fabric and it is very soft and pure cotton and very comfy as well but it goes short on size. My eight month old fit in to two plus year old size.

My baby was around 5lbs when he left the hospital wearing one of these hats (he was a preemie so he was tiny). It fit him well when folded. Now, he is four months old and 11.5 lbs and these hats still fit him when not folded. They are great for a growing head! They are soft and stretchy, and they fit snug but not so tight that they squeeze his head. They come in a variety of colors, which works great for coordinating with his outfits.
