This is exactly how a refurbished machine should work! These guys do an amazing job! My only issue with the listing is that no computer made in 2019 should not be able to be upgraded to Windows 11. While that's out of their control, since they aren't Dell, that fact should have been made clear in the listing!

For a $200 prime day laptop, how much can I expect? But this refurbished Dell is great. Olive, the company that refurbishes them, is obviously very concerned with how happy I am. I appreciate that. It's like I got my aunt's great computer and a tech wiz made sure everything was cleaned up and in good shape. Do I wish the G and H keys weren't sticky? Yes. Do I think they'd take it back if I asked? Yes. But I am very happy with my amazing $200 laptop, sticky keys and all.

I've been buying lots of these E7470s through Amazon. I've noticed the ones that come from TekRefurbs are consistently in very good shape and work well out of the box. This one was no exception. The E7470 is probably still one of the nicest 14" laptops you can get today even if it is a few years old now.

Company has prompt customer service and great communication. The first unit had some issues and they replaced ASAP. So far great company to do business with..

This is a great product, and the seller is very responsive. I'm giving it 4 stars because I was initially sent a laptop that did not have the operating system on it. The seller immediately sent me a return label and new laptop once they saw the old one was being returned.

This is a backup and travel laptop. I needed a laptop that could perform well and was dependable. I love that it is lightweight and fast. It comes with Windows 10 and it was easy for me to load my favs. I haven't discovered its full potential yet and will update my review if I feel it helps another consumer. This is my first experience in purchasing a refurbished computer and so far I am not disappointed. This laptop appears to be new in every way.

When i got the laptop, it had some issues with keyboard and having trouble connecting to wifi. I contacted the seller, which they responded almost immidiately, and offered me an replacement. The replacement works amazing.

A solo nueve meses de haber comprado el equipo, presentó fallas importantes que requieren cambio de piezas y para mi la inversión fue cuantiosa para haber durado tan poco tiempo dándome un buen servicio. No vi que el producto había sido usado y fue mi responsabilidad, sin embargo, el producto ya no tiene garantía según informe del proveedor Dell porque ya tiene mas de 5 años. El producto fue enviado a un centro se servicio y el diagnostico fue que esta averiado . Les solicito una solución pues no fue mi responsabilidad.
