This is a good product and a great idea but not all that comfortable to wear. Better than the option of a cathater and Foley bag but if the plan is just to use it for long car trips, I would opt to pack the Johnny jug instead

My 93-year-old father broke his hip and needs to urinate in the middle of the night. Diapers just weren’t working he was waking up here soaking wet. We put this on and had the first dry night in a week. Easy to use and seems comfortable. He does sleep on his back so that might have helped it work so well but I’d try anyway even if you were a side sleeper.

This system works well BUT there is no way to connect the urine tubing to the bags. Their ends are equal in diameter. No way to force one over the other. NEEDED is a male/male adapter to join them.I bought several units thinking at least one would have the capacity to join the 2 but all are the same.I cannot use these with their enclosed bags. Using other bags which are one way results in the bag filling with air.

This is a life saver for us guys that are sometimes too swollen for a condom cath. And way more convenient than a foley. Fits around me great! No leaks finally staying dry and not in diapers or incontinence pads

Poor fit and seal

This product was for my father who cannot travel to the bathroom and stays in his wheelchair. He really needed a product like this but it leaked everywhere. We've tried everything (tape, different positions etc..) but it didn't work! Save your money
