I've had no more slug damage since applying it.
I wrap a strip of this around the top of pots to prevent slugs getting at the plants in the pots. It's easy to cut with scissors - though you do get a lot of tiny bits of copper mesh which you need to watch out for, so I'd advise cutting it on a piece of paper to catch the bits. I wrapped it round the pot and allowed enough of an overlap of the ends to twist the two ends together to keep it tight (ish) and in place.Since applying it to a number of pots containing sprouting dahlias, I've had no further slug damage to plants.

Easy to handle
I bought this product to keep slugs away. This product is very easy to handle and will not rust. It would be helpful if it was a little cheaper.

Copper coating disappeared after a few weeks
At first this worked, I wrapped it round my raised beds and it seemed to be keeping the slugs at bay, I noticed some slugs then saw that the copper mesh was no longer cooper in colour but plain metal. We had recently had a lot of rain.I can’t recommend it as the copper doesn’t last.
