I can't believe I ever lived without this touch faucet! I used to hate how messy my faucet handles would get when I was cooking and baking. But with this wonderful invention, my messy hands don't touch anything, I just touch the faucet with my arm and it turns on and off. Such a great idea, and much needed for all the cooks out there. It's well made and has worked very well for me so far.

I have no problems with this product. I love it! It looks GREAT, heavy not flimsy, the spray head is plastic but EVERYthing else is metal and built well, wipes clean and easy, modern and clean, and has great pressure on both modes of use. I choose to mount it so that the handle faces the sink rather than to the side. I love that it has NO NAME on it for a clean look. I did have to get longer hoses to connect to water source but that is NOT an issue with this product or supplied supple lines that come pre connected, MINE ARE JUST FAR AWAY from sink i needed longer to reach the supplied connections. I had NO problems mounting it or anything and everything shown that was supplied was supplied. The instruction were vague but it is a faucet how hard could it be?? If you need help go to handyman.com or ytube and watch a video or step by stepbought just before Xmas 2020 and reviewed 2/21/2021 almost 2 months I still love it and great valueI bought this and did not get any free stuff or discount

Looks great. Have been in homes with the touchless faucet and found them harder to adapt to. Touching the faucet with the back of your hand is just easier for my brain to comprehend. Got annoyed at waving at the faucet with the touchless.

update: i found a way to contact the seller and they are very responsive. They will send me a replacement soon; hence, changing it to 4 stars for the post customer support spirit.Noticed that this product has 5 yrs warranty but i can't find a way to contact the dealer for replacement. The product usability is good and simple to install as well. However, i no longer able to switch between spray and stream mode after 8 months or so...Now i wanted to know how to resolve this but i can't find any contact info. Pls advise!!!

Unfortunately we had to wait almost 3 weeks to install it (my mistake in ordering too soon). But then had limited time left to return. I kept trouble shooting and trying to make it work because I had paid a plumber for installation (my back and knees don't allow that stuff anymore). This thing is infuriating because of it's unpredictable nature. It will work for hours and then suddenly quit and I have to re-plug the battery pack and then it might work once or twice. It's totally unpredictable. Now I have to buy another faucet to replace it and pay to have the new one installed. This was a giant money burn and totally frustrating experience. Do not try to save money with this one. Spend more or get something conventional. DO NOT BUY THIS P.O.C.!

I was amazed by this faucet, it does exactly the same thing as a $200 faucet, looks the same, functions the same.The install was complete in 20 minutes, from removal of old faucet to complete install of this one.. Literally anyone could install this faucet.The head functionality has a weight, but it is also magnetic. Honestly it doesn't even need the magnet as the weight is plenty, but it is a nice touch.Another nice touch is the dual speed functionality. The first stop when turning on the faucet is slow water flow, then if you move it another click, it is full flow.I highly recommend this, it is elegant, functional, beautiful, and inexpensive!

Before i purchase when i read the review and description, it seems a good quality one. However, after I received it, it really feel light and cheap made. I understand the price is the cheap too, but compare the quality i would not want to install it and pay the plumber and install and uninstall if it fail.

My favorite kitchen faucet. Looks really nice and works great. I hope it lasts a long time. Well worth the price. My cupboard is small inside took a while to get it to thread properly.
