I just assembled my love seat, and i have some very important commentary for dealing with your delivery guys.-Your delivery guys may not speak English at all, or they may speak broken English. Keep your phone handy to use a translator just incase. My delivery guys spoke broken English, luckily they thought to call their supervisor to communicate more detailed information! Very smart on their end.-If you have a staircase in your home that they need to navigate, offer to open up the box for them so they can just carry up the pieces. Our delivery guys needed our help to bring the huge box up the stairs, but if i would have offered to just open the box for them, they could have gotten up much easier. If you dont want to do that, measure the width your staircase. If its ATLEAST 40 inches wide, it is possible to get the box up there.-TIP YOUR DELIVERY GUYS IF YOU CHOOSE ROOM DELIVERY, ESPECIALLYIF THEY NEED TO BRING THE LOVESEAT UP A STAIRCASE. They dont get the extra $20 you pay for room service. Its extra work they dont normally have to do, so if you , can, tip them with cash.If youre able to, make sure there is a spot close to your door where they can park.As far as the actual product, very easy to assemble, and came in perfect condition

I really love this loveseat! The seat part is a little firm but it's not terrible, and eventually molds around your body so it's super comfy. However the leg rest on one side doesn't lock back in place week written you try to put it down. You have to stand up and kick it closed, which scoots the whole loveseat back soon have to pull it forward again. Not unbearable, just annoying. But I fall asleep in my spot ALL the time, lol. It's a wonderful loveseat, I recommend all the way!

I was worried when I ordered that it would not be made of quality material, cheap. That is NOT the case. Light assembly required and was super easy to do. I'm 6 ft. tall and my only complaint is when I'm not reclined, my neck and head don't feel supported. A small pillow works wonders though, who knows it could just be my fat head. (joke. LOL) over all though, a good quality sofa, worth the investment.

I tried contacting them at least to get a partial refund as the couch came damaged on a corner and they keep giving me the run around that theh cannot find my order. The couch looks great and everything, but itd be nice to get some customer service for an expensive new couch.

I had 2 delivered to me bad experience with both, not delivery issues at all. First one was delivered with 1 side not sewed with stuffing coming out, 2nd replacement loveseat recliner doesn’t work well on 1 side. These issues come from bad quality control at the factory I don’t want strike 3 so I’ll order from another company next time. This has nothing to do with Amazon instead from Ashley furniture
