Help with leg cramps
I wish the tablets were more caplet or pumpkin seed shaped, but they aren't so large as to be impossible to swallow. This seems to be the right strength to do the job for me.

there is NO flavor - it is swallowed. Assume the absorbency is standard. Could be easier to swallow - but adequate.
