I’ve always had a hard time sleeping and this sleep-aid is amazing. I sleep all night but, I have to make sure I take it an hour before bed. Wake up ready for the day.

It works just as well as the brand name. Doesn't taste quite as good though. For the price and the same results it is a no brainer. Helps me get to sleep without all of the tossing, turning. I have not had any side effects like being groggy in the morning. I will be buying more.

This Nighttime Sleep-Aid has been so helpful in keeping me asleep longer at night. It tastes good and goes down easy. I have tried all kinds of sleep aids and this one is the winner! I buy this for my husband who is a very light sleeper, anything can wake him up at night and this helps a lot. It is not addictive but does make you slightly drowsy in the morning if you don't sleep.enough hours.

I bought this because I was having some trouble falling asleep at night and figured a liquid version might hit my system faster than the pills. It tastes a bit like artificial berry, which isn't great but isn't the worst thing I've ever tried. I usually feel a little bit sleepy about thirty minutes after taking it, though I still wake up a few times during the night. It's fine for the price, but I don't think it's a total game-changer for my sleep schedule.
