A good choice. Helps me sleep not too strong or too weak. Strong taste but it does put me to sleep. If my usual aren't in then ill happily buy this. Last a good time and does help just too strong of taste

This Nighttime Sleep-Aid has been so helpful in keeping me asleep longer at night. It tastes good and goes down easy. I have tried all kinds of sleep aids and this one is the winner! Melatonin didn't work and makes me have weird dreams, and other types I would still wake up in the middle of the night. If you have trouble sleeping you may want to try this Sleep-Aid. My co-worker tried it and she also says it does wonder for her sleep also.

I have been taking a sleep-aid in pill form for quite some time and have to change formulas and types periodically because I get used to them and they don't work well. This is the first time that I have tried a liquid version and was glad to see that Amazon made a less costly version of a national brand. I tried it for the first time last night and fell asleep within a few minutes. Even with pills, it can take up to an hour or more for me to fall asleep, so I was thrilled that this worked so fast. I hope it continues to do so, as I will keep taking it as long as it does. Update: This only worked well the first night. It didn't help at all on following nights, so maybe it's my metabolism and not the product? Who knows.
