Not too hard not too easy
I got these for the teenagers in the family for Christmas... Okay they are in their 20's and 30's... I put silly instructions inside for them to follow to get the money I usually give them .. they all figured it out out in 10-15 minutes except the one who was on a delayed flight and had to drive all night in the snow to get home otherwise he would have been first or second - poor kid had to oink like a pig to get his money - he was a great sport and oinked away until I realized he had finally got it!... All the boxes worked great except for one but I figured out how to trick it... Just pushed down on the slide as I slid the trigger and the box popped right open. Didn't really matter I bought extra so I would have some for my Pre-K class to just have fun with ... Absolutely love this product.

Grandkids love money!
I did think they would come in a box and also have instructions with them. i have been giving money puzzles for years now and they always did. It's not so much how easy or difficult they are, just fun!

Big Hit
Lined up the five grandkids ages 9-18 and had a contest to see who could solve it first at Christmas. The kids loved it and the adults enjoyed watching them. I highly recommend if giving kids cash!!!

Christmas game
Made a game for grandchildren at Christmas to see who opens it first. Then to see who finds a $50 bill in as opposed to the others that have a $20 in them. Kids loved it and had fun.

Many say it's too easy ... but it doesn't have to be
These were great. I read many reviews that these were too easy. I'm thinking that the gifters didn't take the time to make sure the ball was further away from the target spot. It *can* be easy if you put your gift inside, close the box up, and wrap it. That's sort of like giving someone a puzzle with all but 2 pieces out of place. Take a few minutes to shake it up, and get the ball on the other side of the maze before wrapping. We did this to my 14 year old nephew and it literally took him an hour, in part because the clear ball was really hard to see against the dark blue maze. :) For my 5 year old niece, we didn't let the ball go as far from the target and she got hers much more quickly. And ... she had already gotten her gift, but was frustrated her brother wouldn't let her help enough, but since i got a pack of 6 of these, we crumbled up some dollar bills and let her have at it. These were a really fun way to give money.
