It's a foundation 4 under my makeup, very hard to find ultra. Youth 2 carry it, but no longer thank you.

This is a beautiful primer. It creates such a pretty glow. I typically use it in combination with Becca Aqua Luminous foundation (light to medium coverage) to get the most of that effect.I've found that the glow this creates can get lost a bit under full coverage foundation. But on the flip side, foundation and concealer just applies so nicely over it. It really grabs it and holds it in place. With other cheaper primers I've tried, I often have some fine lines where makeup likes to settle and crease. But that does not happen with this primer. It's very lightweight feeling. It keeps me looking and feeling hydrated, and I haven't had any issues with new breakouts (which can be a problem for me) since I started using it. Everyone neeeeeeeds this primer!P.S. I'm 35 with combination skin...and all the issues that come along with that.

I don't wear much makeup. I am 23 and only have experience in powder foundation, mascara and lipgloss. A lot of days I like to run out the door without any make up at all-- except a little bit of this primer! It makes your skin look glowy and hydrated. I will wear the primer and use my eyelash curler and be on my way! Also, this stuff lasts forever. I use one pump and I wear it 5+ days a week- I purchased my bottle 6 months ago and still have at least a month of it left. I will definitely purchase again!

I had really researched this product, BECCA Backlight Priming Filter, before going ahead and buying due to the high price. Everything I saw on Youtube were nothing but glowing reviews and this product leaves your skin glowing! I loved the smell of the product, the lightweight feel of it and the glow. I would definitely buy this product again as a facial moisturizer but not so much as a primer. It did not reduce the look of pores or fine lines. I am over 40 and I need a product that does that. It did however make my foundation go on easier. This primer you can wear on its own without makeup I feel. It's great before bed as I like to look pretty for my husband without makeup on. The product lasts quite a while, nice size bottle. One big drawback for me was that there was a lot of product left in the bottle that the pump cannot get to. The formula is too thick to run down the bottle and I don't like to waste all that expensive good product. I keep taking the pump top off and trying to rub the end of the stick against the insides of the bottle. The liquid is even too thick to be turned upside down and knocked out by banging it on your open hand. LOL. Totally a bummer but I will try more methods to get the rest out. Overall worth a purchase :-)

Okay, tips before you apply:Moisturize your face first. Then apply the primer. Wait 5-10 minutes before you apply your foundation. This is a water based primer, so make sure you are using a water based foundation. If not, this will not work!This primer has little sparkles and covers my redness. You can wear it with or without makeup. Underneath foundation, it looks dewy and natural, without being too oily. My skin is oily/combination, and this product did not break me out whatsoever.As for how long the product lasted on my face, it stayed on during a rehearsal. Dancing, singing, sweating. It stayed on! This is definitely a must buy!

I love this primer - it gives me a dewy finish but without those crystallized mica particles that are oddly reflective. Its smooth, no scent, I put it on by itself and then put foundation over it, or sometimes I mix my foundation with it. In the summer with a tan I just put this on my skin alone. A little goes a long way so it will last you several months. Great for mature skin.

This primer gives my skin a beautiful glow underneath my foundation - or applied alone. The pump dispenser releases the perfect amount and is a good investment (price-wise) because it will last a long time. I so often find beauty products overpriced and don’t do what they’re supposed to but this one does exactly what the description says it will do. *Makeup tip: If you mix the primer with your foundation and then apply, the glow is a little brighter. At least on my skin .

I have very sensitive skin to the point where some primers are irritating. However, this primer is so light and smooth that it doesn't make my skin unhappy and it doesn't feel thick or tacky/sticky. I absolutely love this primer alone or under foundation because it will give you a perfect dewey glow without going overboard. It is perfect for summer when you want a bright, bronze and glowy look and I cannot wait until my tan fades to see how this glows on my pale skin in the winter! No harsh smells from this product and the pump is simple and provides a lot of product per pump.
