Q: What is the width and thickness?

They are 45 inches long. The thickness is about 1 in thick. They are sturdy though. I have used mine all spring and summer and they have held up well. Very happy with them actually.

Q: what is the size of each hole/square - not the size of the fence but the spaces inside the mesh of the frame?

The spaces inside of the frame are 1 in x 1.5 in.

Q: Are the individual panels shipped preassembled?

Yes. The four panels arrive just as shown in photo. Liked them so much, I re-ordered.

Q: If I were to mount the these on top of a 6’ fence with some ivy for privacy, would they be strong enough to last awhile?

I think it depends on what type of mount you use...they are somewhat sturdy but may not be strong enough to support ivy up high off the ground...they are mostly made to keep critters out of a garden
