It was a really good product it covered every hole on my window net. It was transparent so no one can see it.

Nice and cute item
Item quality is very good however no indicator mark is given to understand whether the valve is open or shut (this is a very nice feature provided by Jaguar for all their 1/2 turn valves or taps), hence 4 star.

Compact and elegant
This is really a good piece of hardware. Great aesthetics and proper functioning. Its really good but comes at a price. Would have been better if prices were competitive 1 star less for high prices and the wall flanges are too small to cover the pre-cut holes in bathroom tiles for regular faucets.

I am returning this order because I received only two pieces instead of three. The delivery bill mentions three products, but one item was missing in the package. When the pickup person came, I had left the products with my guard for collection. However, the pickup person refused to take them, saying the bill shows three items while only two were present. My return reason is simply that one product was missing from the delivery, so I am returning the remaining two. Kindly look into this and help me with the return and refund process.
