I personally have trouble with traditional gel capsules, which have a gummy exterior that tends to stick to my hands and my throat. I searched for an alternative and came across this product which had great reviews. I decided to give it a try and will never go back. The taste is okay, but the fact that I don't have to deal with the gel caps is the clincher.

This might be a good product if it wouldn't be for that nasty sweetness. Stevia not only taste like artificial sweetener but that much makes you gag. Do the manufacturers actually ever try their own product before selling it?

I am glad I found this as I prefer liquid as opposed to pill form. It tastes great. The price is reasonable compared to many other brands (in pill form)

I had tried CoQ10 to try to deal with fatigue because I had read it can be associated with long term effects of some viruses, and might help. I tried this because it is easier to swallow than yet another capsule. I had thought that the individual packets might be great for travel, when one is busy but likely to get worn out from sightseeing and not inclined to take the time for lots of supplements. First, the packets are easy to open and you can just swallow the liquid straight from the little opening. The taste is actually not very good. It has stevia as a sweetener, which I have to take a star away for (stevia comes with its own negative effects according to some.) I usually am fine with bitter or unusual tastes, but this is rather unpleasant and I can't even figure out how to describe it. Still, it's quick to swallow and follow with water. The instructions said to take it on an empty stomach, so I tried it two mornings, before breakfast. I definitely noticed having a bit more energy by afternoon (after dealing with a long recovery from Covid, with afternoon naps a necessity until I tried this.) After two days, I decided to save the rest and I did notice a difference. Of course it could be psychological and we have no real way to know. I had thought I'd save the 30 other packs for a trip, but they are actually fairly heavy, so I think for plane travel, I would stick with capsules. I like that this has Vitamin C in it, but it has no indication of being produced in a GMP facility and no third party testing. Given the cost, I think I'll probably stick with capsules, but would order this again if I found that the capsules truly are not as effective.

Item sent is expired, bought in July expired in May 2021! Liquid inside is all clotted and smelled disgusting.

I take liquid vitamins for better absorption due to a medical condition. I appreciate the flavor as most supplements are nasty and a total plus NO SUGARS
