Great product! I use this for my daughter.

These are great for a teen. So many key components for growing boys. My son hates the smell and taste so, they are good in my book. Nothing that's good for you is ever all that great tasing.

After comparing Codeage Vitamins to many others on the market, I found these to be the vitamin that had all of the essential nutrients needed for growing teens. The Teen Fermented Vitamin contains all of the necessary vitamins and MINERALS needed to help keep the body functioning properly. While some vitamin properties may be a tad lower than some recommended dosages/percentages, this vitamin contains additional nutrients (vegetables/minerals) that others do not contain. This vitamin works for our teen, but be sure to do your own research and find what works best for your family. Highly recommend!

These are much better than gummies. My teen son takes 2 before school with breakfast. I think I can see a difference in his mood and skin.

Bought this for my teen after reading the reviews and reviewing the ingredients. My teen took as instructed on the bottle and she feeling nauseous. She took it for a week with food. We decided to cut the dose to 1 cap and that fixed the nausea. While she was taking this multi, her skin was breaking out. When she stopped, her skin would clear up. Initially we thought maybe it’s just an adjustment period, but it wasn’t. For as long as she was taking this, her skin was bad and she was always moody. I do not recommend this based on my teen’s experience.
