Freeze Dried Raspberry Pieces (200g). Great for Baking and Decorating Cakes

Use specifically for baking so I found these excellent as made white chocolate and raspberry drops to add to a lemon drizzle cake and worked really well. Some of the pieces are quite large, which is going to be good for other things but or the drops had to crush them a little. But these will be so versatile and will certainly use them in other recipes. (I also bought the moulds for the chocolate drops from Amazon and these were perfect, a little pricey but great for making your own flavoured chocolate drops).

There's only one problem with these, my partner likes them too! So the bag is going down really fast.

This is mostly smaller pieces, crumbs and the occasional larger/whole piece which suits perfectly for baking as it's looks so much nicer when slicing into a cake for example. I also add some to my porridge or wheetabix and it's delicious.

Well packaged and full of flavour. Used in a lot of my baking where i wouldn’t want to add additional moisture
