Taste is good. I'm eating it with idlis.

I liked the taste. Goes well with water and gingelly oil. Bit expensive though.

I bought it after watching Reviews. It tastes so bad. I think below are all 5 Stars PAID REVIEWS. Please guys its waste of money and tastes Horrible.Ekdum Bakwas taste. Mene ek hi baar try kiya or ye dabba vese ka vese hi pada he. Please paisa barbad mat karo isspe. GHATIYA TASTE HE ISSKA BOHOT. shiiiiiiii ewwwww...

Not worth buying this.. coz of less time i preffered this product thinking that it could be easy on go.. i sincerely recomend to make fresh chutney in order to have great taste and health.

Tastes too sour

Every time we cooked some South-Indian dish in our home such as dosa, idli, uttapam, we always craved the chutneys. Homemade chutney is very difficult to make plus very difficult to achieve the best taste. Found this product on Amazon. Delicious, spicy, fresh chutney made just by adding water. Everyone in the family liked it very much. You can vary water consistency as it suits you. If you like more solid chutney, put less water. This chutney has made our South-Indian meals much tastier. This one is more species than its simple 'Cocunut Chutney' counterpart (also by Urban Platter).The only downside I guess is the price. The price is high for the quantity. Could have been a little lower.All in all, a must-try!

Great chutney, great taste. Doesn't have that powdery texture / taste unike most other coconut chutneys. It's not sweet either unlike many others. It is on the expensive side, however, I would rather pay that than get a drop in the quality. I suggest they change their packaging to a pouch instead of a jar, as that would reduce postage and packaging costs.
