Important: Only use a 5V adapter—using anything else may damage the Bluetooth device.I'm giving a full 5-star rating to the seller. Although the device stopped working after a month, I reached out to the seller via WhatsApp at 8 PM. To my surprise, they responded immediately and spent over an hour helping me troubleshoot the issue. Eventually, they determined that the Bluetooth unit was faulty and sent me a brand-new replacement for free. I honestly didn’t expect such a prompt and honest response.In today’s world, we pay over ₹10,000 for a smartphone and still have to wait in long queues or visit service centers multiple times for support. In contrast, this seller resolved my issue right away without any hassle.Also worth mentioning—since this is a Bluetooth 5.0 device, the audio quality is outstanding. Looking at the price, the product is excellent. Great value for money. The built quality, finishing and stereo jack all are very high quality. When I connected my mobile to Sony Stereo, the stereo effect was very good. No hiss, no noise, and the sound is crystal clear. But the transmitting and receiving devices should be in line of sight. There was no volume issue as stated by others here.I am satisficed with the product and have ordered one more for my TV also for transmitting sound to my Sony stereo.The only issue I faced is that the rear speakers do not emit sound but only the front speakers emit stereo sound along with bass speaker in 5 speaker setup.

It's easy to install, using it for TV.Working smooth without lag but challenge is if you switch wireless headphones it is not detecting the new pairs easily.

I used it for 2 days now its working great with my 10 year old smart tv(where speaker was not working), my tv did not have blutooth so this enabled my tv to connect to bluetooth speaker.
