This was great to serve to my family this morning
It was raining outside, and a bit windy. The taste and texture are good, but just a tad salty. Perhaps next time, I will make it with milk to cut down on the salt. I actually made 2 batches, because I love it with onions, but my men do not.Very filling. My father-in-law (93, lives with us) is gluten intolerant and he puts jam on it. He was very enthusiastic, because he always loved pancakes and French toast, but can't have flour based products any more. This was a huge win for him! I'm wondering if I can use the leftover 'pancakes' to make a kind of sandwich for him.

This product came well-packaged and in perfect condition. It is difficult to find products like this in our local groceries, so this was a delight, and also priced fairly.

WHAT A WONDERFUL SURPRISE! MY GRANDMOTHER USED TO GRATE THE POTATOES AND ONIONS, MIX HER INGREDIENTS, AND FRY UP A BATCH. THESE TASTE EXACTLY LIKE HER HOMEMADE VERSION! MY DAUGHTER LOVES THIS VERSION. ACTUALLY, I HAD BETTER ORDER SOME MORE! IT IS A GREAT ITEM TO KEEP ON HAND!

What’s not to like about easy potato pancakes! It’s not like my great aunts potato latkahs, but they are still good.

VERY salty!
This mix is very simple to use and the results are tasty, EXCEPT...so salty! I was disappointed because I have to be careful of salt intake, and this product really fails in this regard. It’s too bad, since otherwise the results are good looking and very nice. I can’t buy this again and would not recommend it to anyone on a salt restriction.

I did try this, but not very happy about it.. was just a bunch of musch. would not stay together wen frying.sorry, but I know all about potato pancakes, and this is nothing like thE real ding
