I think restore products are better than new because they get one-on-one attention and you can rest assure that they work 100%, not to say new products are bad because they're perfect as well this is the best way to get a good deal and peace of mind

Works surprisingly well!
The laptop came with plenty of scratches inside and outside which may have been a bad sign of what to come when I turn it on... However, once I turned it on and completed the setup, I was surprised to find out that everything worked perfectly, ..like really good! YouTube often glitches on my $1000 machine, but here I can blaze through it no problem. And get this, it also got a functional touch screen!

No HDMI as pictured
Did not have HDMI and full size card reader as advertised. Bought the Lenovo 100e 2nd gen AMD Chromebook. Either the description is wrong or they sent the wrong device. They also rated this refurb as "Excellent" which hardly describes it. Full of scratches and keyboard full of dust. I feel ripped off. Whether intentional or not, this seller appears not to care about the details of their products. Sold by Qell. Not recommended.

Send better power wires. Take a second look when packaging.
Great product but the power wire came slit. Now I got to charge it with a different core other than the original one. Thanks though.

Im a GED student and this Lenovo is fast and so easy to use .. the battery last the time frame .. It’s quality is perfect.. I take it every were with me because it’s so light the offer was so good too .. money well spent.. and the screen is perfect 👍
