I purchase these stands to hold sports cards for display. Well they do a great job at holding the cards they collapsed quite easily. If somebody were to bump my shelf I will be picking up my cards. But for the price they do a pretty good

Not what I needed. I purchased this to hold small canvas paintings that I do commissions for. Not sure if it is just the physics but when I place the canvas in the stand it collapses in on itself. I believe this is best suited for someone with a lot more weight to it maybe a plate for example. Very cheap plastic but that was expected with price and would have been ok if it worked for my use. Wouldn’t recommend for anything lightweight as it needs counter force to stay open.

I was searching and searching for displays to showcase some of my blu-rays on the media shelf and decided to give the 5" black ones a try. I definitely didn't want to pay alot for them and many of the "book displays" on Amazon were in the $20 range just for two of them, which granted they were either made of wood or iron, which makes them more durable and heavy, but I needed about a dozen and didn't want to pay $120 for the task. So these are EXTREMELY lightweight and made of plastic, but getting 24 of them for the price made it worth the try. If you're like me, looking to display DVDs, blu-rays, CDs, books, etc., these will absolutely do the job for a single DVD or Blu-ray. However, if you're wanting to display a thicker box-set, you might want to go with a more durable option. Smaller books would do well with these also, but a thicker hardback, again, you might want to spring for a few of the larger iron or wood options. The thickest blu-ray that these would display was my THE WALKING DEAD: THE COMPLETE FIRST SEASON: 3-DISC SPECIAL EDITION (see picture). I also noticed that while on the media shelf, due to the product being so lightweight and made of plastic, that it would be easy for the plastic to almost slide on the shelf if there was to be any movement to your shelf, such as vibrations from walking or something of that nature. But if your platform is stable and still, it will be fine. I think I might get some tiny black rubber stickers to sit under each bottom just for my peace of mind and for extra stability. But, no doubt about it...while cheap, they will definitely do the job for displaying a regular DVD, Blu-ray or small to medium sized book. ****Before ending this review, I just tried a CD case... PERFECT for displaying CDs! **** So for my thicker box-sets, I'll just order a few of the bigger ones. No biggie! Highly recommended!

Not real sturdy, but work great (and a good price) for the display of 4 x 4" ceramic tiles.

I got these to display sports cards and they are very loose and it takes some skill to get the cards to stay up on one of these stands. The legs are too loose. If they were stiff it would be easier to stand them up and place a card on them. I got them to work anyway

These are super delicate and will fall over very easily if you touch them after setting them up.They are also difficult to get into position because of how easily they move and tip over. Have you ever tried to stack a house of cards or set up a domino string - it's very similar to that. Not too difficult to get in place, but if you have many of them next to each other and you want to move one or all it will be near impossible to do without them falling over.So - definitely a good use for table settings for a one time use - but not good for permanent displays that you are adding to or adjusting over time as they will fall down like a house of cards whenever you go to make adjustments.

This product was purchased to hold a 12" x 3" ceramic tile. If centered, it holds well, without sliding. If the tile is off center, it can fall. The stands themselves are plastic that seem flimsy but have held up pretty well so far. I would purchase these again.

You get what you pay for, these are EXTREMELY flimsy stands. I got them to hold up 4”x12” tiles I made and I feel like the Wind could blow them over. I’m embarrassed to give them to my customers.

Doesn't support much because the base isn't wide enough to hold an item. Most of the time, when an object is held using this item, it leans to the side and falls down. I assume it will work as intended if the item in its place is very light and short.

The perfect solution for displaying my Tarot/Oracle cards for pics for my 3rd Instagram account. Wish they were a little more sturdy and I really only needed 3 instead of the 20 or 30 I now have however I am sure they will come in handy at some point down the line...

Very light-weight however, this cannot hold traditional place cards.It is very flimsy & looks cheap.If price is factor, maybe this could be an option.

Do not buy these, they are very cheaply made and don't work well. I purchased two boxes of these and 12 are completely broken. The little knobs that hold them together are barely there and they fall apart very easily. I would never buy these again, in fact I would like to return the entire order!!! THESE ARE CRAP!

Happy with this purchase. I use them to disply my item cards on my market table. These are perfect for my needs.
