What size should i wear? i am 225 lbs and 5’10. mainly for hitting the bag and sometimes sparing as well. just to practice but i would like them nice

You definitely will want to get the 16oz gloves. 16oz is the recommended size for 180lbs and up and if you sparring it is usually a requirement.

I am a man who weighs 140lbs with pretty average sized hands would the 12oz gloves fit me?

I am a woman and weigh 170 lbs. The 14 oz gloves are way too big for me compared to two other pairs I have that are also 14 oz gloves. I was very disappointed after paying this price.
