Ditch plastic wrap - get pans with lids instead
I bought these pans for rising and baking yeast buns - things like dinner rolls, hamburger buns, cinnamon rolls, etc. The included lid means I don't have to waste a bunch of single-use plastic by covering with cling film during rising. The solid lid means the pans are also stackable in the fridge or on the countertop during use, which would be impossible with plastic wrap. After rising I just take the lid off and bake them right in the same pan, no transferring needed. I bought a roll of silicone mat separately so I could cut custom-fit nonstick liners for the bottom of the pans, which I highly recommend.The pans themselves are sturdy and good quality, no warping when heated. I'm very happy with this purchase.

As expected
Nordic ware never makes me sad. I love it. My pan was a little dinged up, but I can live with it. Great for soft crust baking, and gooey casseroles.

Expect it to last forever
So happy these are still being made!No garbage non-stick coatings that are ruined after 6 months. Just a quality product designed to last. This is the same pan our parents and grandparents had, and theirs lasted 30 years.

Good baking sheet
Good, simple baking sheet. This is a straight forward product for baking something in an oven.It functions well and cleans up with a tuffie if you first spray the sheet with Pam. This is a replacement for a different baking sheet which lasted something over 40 years. If this sheet does that well it will outlast me.

Heavy-duty pan with somewhat fitting lid
This pan is pretty ok. I do like it a lot, and it bakes well and evenly and is a true 9x13" size. But the lid doesn't really stay on well as mentioned by others. It's ok to just keep it covered and go in the pantry or on the counter, but wouldn't be great for packing to take somewhere. The metal is thick, heavy-duty, and will last a long time. Like any aluminum, can be cut into with sharp knives, so be careful, but I don't think that will have major effects over the long term.

Ditch your teflon cookie sheets and buy this instead!
Baking on aluminum is wonderful. The underside of cookies doesn’t. Easy to clean. Bakes evenly.
