Doesn’t like the size of the capsule.
I don't really like the size of this capsule; it's inconvenient to swallow. Once it got stuck in my throat, and even after drinking a lot of water, I couldn't get it down. I hope the seller can improve the size in the future to make it easier to swallow. However, it is indeed good for my eyes. This vitamin makes my eyes feel much more comfortable.

I use many MicroIngredients products and I’m very pleased with their effects. This product gives you a lovely combination of highly beneficial components. Health Benefits Lutein Mineral Supplement Vector Lutein, a carotenoid, offers several health benefits, primarily focused on eye health. It acts as an antioxidant, protects against harmful blue light, and may help prevent or slow age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Beyond eye health, lutein may also benefit heart health, cognitive function, and potentially even skin health. The phospholipids are derive from sunflower seed oil which facilitates better absorption. Taking freshly ground pepper with any supplements as well as food, increases your observancy rate up to 2000%. It’s not included in this, but you can put a bit of freshly ground pepper along with a few other supplements when you take this. Freshly ground pepper gives you full health benefits, whereas ground pepper from the store may have lost much of its benefits. FYI.

Wrong amount
In its headline, it says 240 liquid soft-gel. I in fact, got a pack of 200 counts instead 240 counts.
