No issues, exactly as described. Easy install with included template and hardware.

This could have been user error - but I had the toughest time installing this mount. The orientation of the hooks (one sliding down, on sliding sideways) made this install tougher. Not sure why they couldn’t have both of the hooks sliding down to make it as easy as possible. The other issue I had is that with the location of my sound bar, one hook mounted into a stud nicely while the other had to be mounted onto dry wall - this resulted in one of the hooks being looser than the other and the sound bar not staying level. I ended up having to return this product and buying a similar mount (from the same company I believe) that has sticky pads and was much easier to mount into the studs.

Not sure why they felt the need to make one of the hooks slant and the other hook sideways. Unnecessarily a pain to install. I’ll be returning and getting something else

The left bracket does not accept the metal “holder screw” the hole is too small. Would not recommend this product

This is the second one ordered and clearly the left bracket does not fit properly same thing with the other one i purchased and returned

I lost the originals in a move but these were perfect.
