I bought this mop to clean my hardwood floors. My floors aren't the top of the line wood because I rent, and they are in bad shape. But this mop does a fantastic job at cleaning and polishing them. After sweeping my floors, I just squirt some hardwood cleaner on the floor and mop a little at a time. The base rotates so it does a great job at cleaning and getting spots off the floor and it does a good job getting along the baseboard. Also, you can take off the pads and put in laundry! An extra set is provided which is nice while your others are in the laundry. The charge in the mop lasts quite a long time. I'm very pleased with this mop!

So, it works but only effective for 5 - 10 minutes. Even at full speed, it's not very fast or strong , and you can hear the battery run down even though the indicator lights show mostly charged. Diappointing ! BTW, the sprayer works fine.

I really like this scrubber. It does a nice job giving the floor a sheen on my tile, but it does work slowly and you don't want to rush it. I mainly got it so I didn't have to put a strain on my back. That alone made it worth it. I love the fact that it's cordless. The battery life is very reasonable. However, as for deep cleaning, it doesn't get into deep grooves. My recommendation would be to deep clean your floor first, then use this to maintain it. From that perspective, it does a great job. If there is a little heavier dirt on a spot, just hold the scrubber on the spot for a longer period of time. It would be nice if they included a brush attachment for those pesky deeper places, tho. Overall, I'm glad I purchased it and would buy it again.

Sprayer didn't work at first. As others said, the pump inside wasn't primed. Lifted the handle, tilted the mop head downward to make the water from the water tank at the rear flow towards the front and gave the spray button a few presses. Then it started spraying. I think this will work for those units that are new or not used for some time.Feels heavy to push and harder to maneuver on smooth tile floor especially when mop heads are wet. More effective for stubborn stains than our roomba/robot vacuum with wiper mop (360 S7) due to its weight.Mop heads are good and heavy but need to be washed for every one time use. Since they are thick and heavy, drying time is long.Pet hair gets stuck on the mop heads during dry mopping or get left sticking on the floor when using the wet mop. Not very good as a sweeper. I recommend Karcher kb5 or Reeco electric brooms/sweepers which I both have.Our super light manual US$20 self-wringing flat head mop with bucket can do the same job for our tile floor in a quarter of the time and effort. Easy to wash mop head and dries quickly.Quality of build is good though.Not sure about the battery life (just got this two days ago). Bad idea of not having a smart battery charger which you have to unplug when unit is fully charged in about 2-2.5 hours.

I absolutely love this mop! It is so easy to use, it basically does the work itself! The mop moves on it own with little push, making it so easy to mop an entire house in no time! The convenience of it being cordless makes it easy to move quickly from room to room. You can use your favorite cleaning solution in the mop as well. I used this on my laminate floors and the way it made my floors shine was amazing! Extremely happy with this product, definitely 5 stars!

I bought this when I was looking for a steam mop not realizing it is NOT a steam mop. I decided to keep and order some vinegar based lime cleaning solution to use with it. It is over all a cheaply made product. The handle constantly come out while mopping. Despite only using water or vinegar based cleaning solution the sprayer stopped working (or intermittently working) about 4 weeks into using the product. I just mixed my cleaner into a spray bottle and sprayed ahead of the mop. Not the end of the world, but added to the annoyance of the product. Constantly having to put the spray bottle down to put the handle back in every two minutes. Then today - about three months into owning the product one of the rotating heads has stop spinning land makes a loud buzzing sound.... I have Cleaned out the back several times, switched pads, ... no success.... will continue to try and fix it, but not sure it will work again ever. It is simple to use, lightweight, and probably fine for small spaces, but not for long term use or deep cleaning.

this mop makes cleaning sooooooo relaxing. Its quiet and cleans well! for stain all you have to do is let it hoover for a few seconds and BAM! clean. it dries quickly and uses so little product that you will save $$ i bought some extra pads so i can go a few cleans. But they come with an extra set. I wish I had purchased this sooner. My kids are going to love it, its their job to mop! I read some reviews where the wet mop was not releasing water but my came 100% ready to use and released the cleaning solution just fine. I used in on a 110 sq feet kitchen (conservative number, tile floor) and it did a great job on one charge. this is not a sponsored review. I highly recommend.

One of the best household investment!My kids love to draw on the floor and I used to have to bend down to scrub their drawing off. With this electrical mop now, I no longer have to knee down scrub! The mop does the job for me and neatly! Bye-bye to heavy bucket of water and stinky wet mop. It is cordless and lightweight, easy to carry around. Only thing though, I wish they will give me extra scrubbing pads as it gets dirty quickly.This item is very easy to install, just follow the instruction comes with it.Before I bought a steam mop but it's a little heavy ,this one is great light weight.
