Not as good as original
These are decent replacement belts, however seem to be a bit thinner than the original and will stretch quicker if you are not careful. They are still worth it for the price compared to what Bissell charges for replacement belts.

Saved an old vacuum.
Old vac I used on the screen porch quit. Belt broke. Cleaned it up, oiled bearings, new belt. Works fine!

This does not fit Bissell model #1797.
This belt was too short, once I installed it. And ran the vacuum no more then 5 minutes before the motor starting smelling like it was melting. So now, not only do I not have the right belt. I now have to go buy a new vacuum. Do not buy

That it was the right belt for the vacuum
It was for an old vacuum cleaner that I picked up from a rental house and it needed a new belt so I took a picture and it worked

Too small
Belts broke, they were too small even though it said it was the right fit and number for the model of vacuum cleaner I have.
