The only thing I wish was different was that the frame size for the picture was bigger. I was ordering photo prints of the picture I wanted to use and there was no size option in any photo lab market (like CVS, Walgreens, Kodak, Shutterfly) smaller than 4x4 to try and make it fit into this “4.53 x 2.95” so I just got a 4x6 option and trimmed the photo a bit to fit into the frame. It came out great and I loved that they included some foam stickers to help keep the medal in place from moving around. It also came with an extra wood piece if I wanted to display just a medal without a photo and an extra plexiglass piece. The plexiglass is a good option instead of real glass in case it falls it’s clear enough to see through.

Daughter absolutely loved this! It was perfect for showing off her two best skating medals. And gives her space (and drive) to add a third. Yes, the "glass" isn't glass but it is pretty close to it in clarity (without the worry of glass shards if it falls). Just make sure to peel off the film. For the price you could always go to a Michaels and get replacement glass if that is what you really want. Just a thought. Would highly recommend and will buy more in the future for other projects.

Mine was good (note the front is plastic not glass) except on one corner glue had eased out of the seams - haven't tried to repair but it's obvious white splotchy on one corner on the front of the frame. Probably should have asked for a replacement but making due. I think I can fix with a razor blade and black paint/permanent marker.

I'm satisfied with the quality of the frame. It does not look and feel like it was made of cheap materials. The only thing that was missing from the package was the black cardboard with a single slot for the medal.I bought this so I could display my college medal and give it to my mom. Mom of course loved it and even thought that it was professionally made!

Nice display case. Instructions are a bit sparse. Bags of fasteners? With no instructions how to use. No web address found in order to get support.

I actually think the frame is real wood. I was not sure what to expect since it was the least expensive of this type of frame but it looks great. Very simple to set up etc. I highly recommend this (FYI - I purchased the brown one).
