This is a winner. Very good quality. I previously purchased matcha from China, which is not even close to this quality. This taste sooo much better. I am 100 % sold on this brand and I love the price too.

One of the better culinary grade matchas
I have bought lots of different brands of matcha for lattes and baking. This one is definitely worth the money. It is greener and tastes better than other brands I have had.I also didn't need to tint frosting or cakes which sometimes I had to do a little in the past because the matcha itself wasn't green enough and was too green-brown like the lower quality stuff is, but this one is green enough that you need none and it tastes great.Next I want to try their ceremonial grade because that has been the best price I have ever seen for ceremonial grade

For A Matcha Novice - Definitely Worth It
My introduction to matcha was a product from China. As others had noted, there was a bitterness to it as well as a distracting sand-like sediment left at bottom of the mug. I ordered this product, which is from Japan, and found it to be much much better. Little-to-no bitterness and sediment at the bottom was very smooth. For the minimal price increase over the first product, this one is definitely worth it.I will be buying this one again, until I'm ready to splurge on high grade ceremonial matcha :-) After trying this matcha I couldn't finish the package from China and discarded the half that was left.

Tastes good, gives energy and is very affordable!
This is a very nice quality culinary Matcha. It was important to me to buy one that is actually from Japan. I have been buying another brand for a couple of years that is ceremonial grade and it is much more expensive. This Matcha has a milder more pleasant flavor, it’s not quite as bitter. It’s a little less vibrant in color than the other brand but more vibrant than other culinary Matcha’s I have tried. It gives me the energy boost I need for working out, tastes good and is more affordable. I will be purchasing this brand from now on!

Like the Flavor and Affordability
I drink use this matcha every morning in a large mug with honey. I will also add some to a bottle of spring water or when making green smoothies.

Rich taste. more of it than I was expecting
