This is my favorite sweetener. I put it in everything! Coffee drinks, in oatmeal with cinnamon, pumpkin smoothies, cacao drinks, etc. I even use it as a sweetener in peanut sauce. Or on peanut butter toast along with cinnamon. Along with avocado and cacao to make “raw” chocolate mousse. Or with oats, peanut butter and cacao to make those popular no-bake cookies without the sugar. I like the squeeze/drop container. The drops aren’t overly sweet or too diluted. They’re perfect. I also frequently use the peppermint flavor (peppermint matcha, peppermint mocha, peppermint hot cocoa, etc.)

I feel the weak maple flavor works to my advantage. There's enough to enrich my coffee, yet it does not over-power it like some might want for a maple syrup manipulation. That is why I give it a three star for flavor. There is no after-taste to me. The maple is my favorite flavor. Next is chai, which reminds me of pumpkin spice and the cinnamon-vanilla finishes my top three, although I like the peppermint cookie for when I crave mint. Good value for the money. A couple drops go a long way, especially for the chai. Haha Keto on!

Very tasty, I’ve been using these for years now to flavor my coffee. I only wish they would make the bottles bigger so that I didn’t have to reorder so often!
