This helmet is perfect for my 5-year-old son who is going to be starting baseball this Spring. I did end up buying a chin strap separately to help hold it on. The color is so bright and beautiful and the helmet itself seems very durable. I can’t wait for him to get to test it out at practice and games.

Our son is 7, will be 8 in less than 2 months. His head is a little larger than average for his age. He didn't have his own batting helmet for baseball for the last two seasons, so used communal ones shared by the team. Most of them were too tight on him, so I sized up to one made for kids a little older (size 6 1/2 - 7 1/2). This move paid off. This helmet has some room to grow into, yet it stays in one place and doesn't shift around. The padding is thick and comfortable, yet it can really be compressed. There is a button and a couple of holes on either side for attaching a face guard. The decal on the front, below the Rawlings logo, can be peeled off. Definitely a good batting helmet for kids of many ages.

A great scooter riding helmet 🪖!!! Helmets are required for scooter riding. My parents think I’m too immature for a license and cars only attract women of the night anyway. This helmet is the perfect combination of safe yet fun. I’m so happy I found this helmet at a young 46. My neighbors love watching me zoom around the neighborhood.

Ordered this helmet for my son, originally was supposed to be overnighted, but shipping was delayed almost a week. Not that big of a problem I know that can sometimes happen. Once I received the helmet I opened the box to find the helmet scratched up, and splattered all over with some type of sticky liquid. I am giving the helmet 4 stars due to the condition i received it in. Overall looks like a great helmet, will update once the replacement is received.

Great helmet for my 8 year old son. He is very fussy with wearing things. The helmet fits him perfect it is not to small but not to big that it is falling forward on his face. He will definitely be able to get more seasons out of this helmet. The cage protects the face amazing. No baseball will be able to ever touch the face anywhere with this helmet. The cage is far enough away from the face that he did not feel restricted or complain once about wearing it. For first time kids pitching to each other on the field it is perfect for a peace of mind as a parent. You know child face is fully protected!! Definitely a great purchase!!
