Perfect fit for collar rank.
These first perfectly on the collar of my work uniform. Never had any issues with them, they unpin when it's time to wash the uniform and repin easily when it's time to put them back on.

Being a sergeant for Security enforcement company I need to keep my professional appearance got these is it matched The aesthetics of one of the uniforms I need to wear as a sergeant for The company I worked for.

To big for collar
I just made Sgt with the DOC. I wanted smaller sets stripes for my shirt but can not find them anywhere. These look better on a jacket since they are so big. Made well and as usual the backs fly off and you will need to replace them. Other then size good product.

They're alright
Decent so far still waiting on my issued striped from my lieutenant. Bought these for now. The backs kinda wiggle a bit. Haven't broken yet.
