I received the phone , but I have not received the phone adaptor. Send me the phone charger and the UK adaptor...problems with receiving calls the always busy...even with ring tone . always I need to reboot the phone...

I really like this phone it has a good solid build quality, nicely constructed metal frame and a leather back, so your hand won't get too sweaty when holding it for a long time. I assume it has gorilla glass; it doesn't actually say. It has a clear and bright display with a quick and interactive UI. There is no app draw but you can add plenty home screens and customize them.So why only 3 stars I hear you say? Well please let me explain.One of the things I like about smartphones is the notification led. This phone appears to only have a green coloured light available, and there is no software to manage it...and it doesn't appear to be working properly. So if you are expecting to get led notifications from apps and missed calls, then you can forget it. Also when charging you get a bright blinking light (which you can't turn off) this is really annoying if you have to use your phone whilst charging, especially if you are trying to watch a video.Another thing I was disappointed about was the battery performance. It drained very fast from just normal usage, just about lasting the whole day. Call me greedy, but I was expecting a lot more from a 4750mh battery.The camera is ok, taking some decent outdoor photos but not the best quality or detail. But I suppose that's to be expected from a mid-range phone. It has a fingerprint scanner on the back, which works well but can take several attempts to read your fingerprint and unlock the phone.I would of preferred the volume and power buttons to be recessed into the structure more, as I keep catching them by accident. The sim/SD card tray was rather fiddly, but I guess that's par for the course these days.The real selling point of this phone is it's durability. I am yet to test this, so will have to get back to you about that. I'm not sure that you should submerse it in water though, because of the leather back. Surely this would ruin the leather and the water would soak through and damage the phone's components. I think maybe it's just for splashes and rain. If you need something fully waterproof then I would suggest something from the Blackview range.There is no NFC onboard, which some of you maybe disappointed about. Also the functions on the drop-down menu are quite limited, but it is only running Android 6.0 so perhaps there will be a software update in the future.I hope this review helped some people. It was an honest and impartial opinion. I find that a lot of the these Amazon reviews are sponsored by the manufacturers and they don't give a true account. Thank you for reading.***Update 20.08.17 ***I've temporarily fixed the bright flashing LED whilst charging, by sticking a small piece of blutack over the light. Rather crude I know; but until there is an update to fix this issue, then I will make do. Just don't forget it's there when you answer a call, lol.

Very surprised how good this phone is, what is the catch? Very responsive, well made, excellent signal, a joy to use, silky smooth action.Camera is good too. One small thing which maybe I missed, I needed dual sim plus extra memory but there are just two slots, 2 x sim or 1 sim and one SD card; but I like the phone that much I can live with this.

El telefono es Usado, lo anuncian como Nuevo.Llego sin cargador, con dos cables desgastados y de otro color. La pila cargada 100% no dura 3 horas. Carga muy lenta, el nuevo carga en minutos. Totalmente desepcionada con ese vendedor. Les pongo reclamacion de A-Z.No lo aconsejo

Es un buen móvil, rápido y con unos acabados de calidad, parece muy robusto siendo el peso y las dimensiones, para tener una pantalla de 5.5", relativamente comedidas. Además, es rugerizado y asegura ser estanco frente al agua y el polvo. No es sumergible.La pantalla se ve muy bien, aunque el nivel de brillo no me ha convencido, no hay prácticamente diferencia entre un 50% de brillo y un 100%, aunque la luminosidad en interiores y en exteriores es suficiente.No se pueden transferir archivos desde el ordenador por USB, incomprensiblemente, al menos a mí, no me deja hacerlo. Se calienta por la parte trasera demasiado, aunque esto pasa en casi todos los terminales...Me ha sorprendido la calidad del sonido, y también que viniera sin cargador y abierto, vaya panda de impresentables los de la empresa inglesa al anunciarlo como nuevo. En líneas generales, contento con la compra.
