Damn nice steak knives! Sharp, great weight and well balanced!

Honestly, I was shocked how nice these knives were! They arrived in beautiful gift-case...packaged well. Much heavier than I expected!! Handles and blades compare well with my finest Sabatier kitchen knives. The serrated blades are plenty sharp, but not too sharp. Easily glides thru my tenderloin steak like butter, yet is able to quickly saw-thru my over-cooked pork chop-ha! The tips are angled well for cutting. Overall, this product scores a "10" with me!

I have had these knives a few months and though wonderfully sharp and useful they are cracking. They must not be dishwasher safe.

I love these knives... they're sharp.,They're just the right weight. They cut through meat like it's butter. I hand wash them and I keep them stored in the case.

Had 6 months now and these are by far better than anything we have ever had. Very sharp. Cut ribeyes and NY strip with ease. Good weight and feel balanced. We haven’t had any problems with them. No rust but we have not put in dishwasher.

Excellent knife but out of two sets eleven of the knives had cracks on the handle near the center rivet.kept the best eight probably never buy again.
