Perfect reindeer
The media could not be loaded. Schleigh never disappoints and this reindeer is no different! It’s a perfect size for roleplaying zoos or Christmas stories! The quality is amazing, we’ve had this for over a year and our box of animals gets used daily and you wouldn’t know! A must for the toy box!

Beautiful Detailing. Very Realistic
I bought several of these reindeer, to put with some Santa Sleigh models that I was making for decorative purposes only. I am very pleased with the quality and detailing of these figures.

Nice toys, poor durability
My son developed a fascination for reindeers over the Christmas period, so finding this model from Schleich in early Feb, I thought it might be a nice addition to his farm animals.He loves the toy, but I am disappointed with how quickly the paint is coming off after normal use. You can see on the photo where paint has come off on raised areas: on the antlers, on high spots on the body, and on the ear.In summary: nice toy with a good feel in the hand, and brilliant sculpting. But be warned, the paint rubs off very quickly.

A nice addition to the Schleich collection
Maybe Schleich produced a reindeer before I started collecting but it has not been in the catalogue over the last few years. That surprised me especially when it must surely be highly prized at Christmas when toy sales are at their highest. So I was delighted to see this one at last. Now my sadness is that recently the list of wild animals they produce has dwindled to almost nothing. Are they trying to match the fast decline in the world's population of wild animals with their own decline? I hope they will think again and help rebuild the picture for young children of how the world ought to be in its wonderful diversity. I will add this one to the displays I use in teaching young children. Please share with me in encouraging the next generation to hold the world of nature in high respect.
