This avocado oil spray has become a go-to in my kitchen. It’s perfect for high heat cooking like roasting or pan-frying and doesn’t leave any weird taste behind. I also like that it’s a healthier option compared to some other oils. Works well and sprays evenly every time.

Pompeian avocado oil non stick cooking spray is really good. It’s 100% avocado oil in a spray container with no propellant or other additives. It’s perfect to use with my Ninja air fryer when I’m cooking fish, chicken, potatoes, stir fry veggies and more. I generally avoid cooking sprays in my pans (especially nonstick cookware) but have been using this spray for pan frying eggs and meat without any scummy residue (at least so far).I prefer avocado oil spray as it has a high smoke point (500 degrees) and doesn’t add any noticeable taste or odor to my food. The amount that streams, sprays or dribbles out is adjustable based on how much pressure I apply to the sprayer with my finger, so I end up using less oil than using other sprays or when I pour from a bottle. This is nonGMO and packed in the USA. This oil tastes fresh and doesn’t expire until 2/23 (just bought it last month). Definitely recommend. Love it. 5 stars.

I use it on outdoor griddle. This product has a very wide spray pattern that’s great for coverage, but would be messy if spraying a pan indoors

Works great on all types of pans. I wanted something that would be a thinner spray but not as toxic as Pam. This is a great alternative and is easy to use.

I had tried another high heat avocado spray product but the spray went everywhere. This product is much easier to direct the spray where you want it to go so I'm pleased with it. My egg slid right out of the pan when using it.
