Fancy Collection Luxury Bedspread Coverlet Embossed Bed Cover Solid Grey New Over Size 118"x106" King/California King

This is really nice for the price. It washes well and is very warm.I want to address a couple of complaints that I read in other reviews.1) The smell - there was a machine oil kind of smell. I've washed it three times and it's aired out. The scent has faded out. It's the only reason that I only gave 4 stars.2) Complaints that it's too thin - it's a coverlet. COVERLET. It's not intended to keep you cozy in subarctic temperatures.It is very dense and warm. It replaced 2 blankets on my bed that barely kept me warm and I find it too warm most nights.3) It's not stitched - who cares. It is embossed. This means you won't have stitches that come loose and cause weird bunching. That's a good thing, right?

I have had this coverlet only a few days, but these are my first impressions. I may update as time goes on if I encounter any issues. This item was exactly what I expected. It is a light-weight over-sized coverlet/bedspread. The quality is "good" even "very good". The color is true to what I saw on my laptop (I know colors can vary from laptop to laptop). I would agree with another reviewer, I would call it a light coco, but Taupe is what they call it, and it is the color represented in the picture. It did come with a chemical odor. It put me in mind of dry cleaning fluid. I washed it as soon as it arrived..... GENTLE CYCLE, COLD. Then I dried it in a low heat and removed it slightly damp (my preference). It covers the bed perfectly. I have a CalKing TempurPedic. The mattresses are very deep so the coverlet does not touch the floor, but I didn't want it to. It hangs about 8 inches off the floor on either side. The length from head to foot is excellent A very slight odor remained after the first washing, but nothing that kept me from sleeping with it on the bed. The embossed pattern came out of the wash in perfect condition, and the embossed pattern is beautiful.

I have a custom made king size mattress. Normal comforters don't quite fit it. Forgive me for being silly, but I'd like for my comforter or bedspread to cover my box spring. :)This over-sized coverlet fits PERFECTLY. It's well made and the stitching detail is beautiful. I've gotten so many compliments on it. The color in the picture is exactly what you will receive, as far as the beige one goes.... it's the one I ordered. The shams are also thick and well made. They have a zipper instead of the pocket style that you normally see. I've never seen that before, but I really like it.

I needed two red coverlets, and these seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. They are thin and lightweight, perfect for summer. According to the tag, they are 100% microfiber polyester which must have accounted for the smell. They off-gassed a lot, but I have a sensitive nose so I'd need another person to weigh in on that. The color is a bit on the bright red side, but very workable for anyone looking for red.From a distance the fabric looks stitched. It is not; it is embossed - upon close inspection the embossing is little dots that hold the fabric together. On one of them there were only what looked like traced stencils, like the ones that mark seams and darts on a sewing pattern. In those spots there was no embossing and the material wasn't held together. There was also a crease in the fabric that looked like a tear until I saw it was the embossing that was holding a fold down. The pattern is beautiful, but it wasn't well-done on one of set I received.Because of the embossing the coverlets resemble a quilt you buy with a pattern stamped on it, and then sew on the stamped pattern to quilt it. If I had the time (LOTS of time; it's an intricate pattern) I could have sewn it by hand and had a lovely coverlet, but that's not feasible. Especially since I need them this weekend.The coverlets are attractive and practical, but I am returning them because of the missing embossing. I don't know how long it would last if parts of the material are already loose from faulty embossing.The attached photos give a better idea. You can see the faint dots where the embossing is missing. The color looks pink in the pictures; it's not. My camera couldn't get the color right, but it truly is red.The coverlets didn't work for me, but I would recommend them.

I bought this coverlet to put in my camper it had probably over 15 blue and red ink marks all over it. I washed it several times got them to lighten up where not as noticeable. It is almost paper then if you hold it up and you can see threw it. I will be keeping it since I have washed it so many times figure they wouldn't refund the money since its been washed.

Product was just what I expected. I wanted something lightweight for my king-size bed and large enough that I didn't need a bedskirt because of the style of my bed. This will be great for hot summers in the South. I was looking for a bedspread when I found this item. If I decide to overstuff the pillow shams, they will look as "full" as the seller's photo. Took this photo the same day I received the product. I may steam out the creases later. Or not.

The color was just a great shade of yellow which would have looked great with my white and turquoise walls in the master bedroom. However, that is where my happiness ended with this so called "quilt". On the website they do call this a quilt. It is a slick and shiny fabric covered with pressed indentions which I would guess are supposed to mimic a quilt design. The indentions are so far apart that it looks like a poor attempt to make it look like a quilt.I have real quilts that don't come close to being this heavy. Also, a problem for me is how slick the fabric feels. I would imagine it would not stay on the bed properly without constantly tugging to keep it on the bed. It really reminds me of a vinyl tablecloth.

Practical, good looking yet easy care. If you have a footboard, this one tucks generously under the mattress for 5-minute bed making! Not burgundy as the picture shows, this is red - as in RED. Goes gorgeously with zebra-print flannel sheet set, or blue-&-white checks, or --- hey, the list is endless,

It is exactly as described, I washed it immediately it came out beautifully, the colour is rich, and it fits my king size bed perfectly.

Loved this BUT it was way to big. I needed a King not a California King. Sent it back. I was very disappointed
