Which assortments are included?

There are 4. Milk chocolate plain, milk chocolate with almonds, milk chocolate with toffee and almond bits, and dark chocolate with almonds.

approximately how many pieces are in a 52 oz. bag?

The bag does not say, because the assortment is very random, and it is also different with every bag. One bag may have mostly the silver Milk Chocolate Nuggets, and the next bag may have very few silver. But there are approximately 40-45 Nuggets per pound, so approximately 140-170 Nuggets in the bag. And they are delicious! Hope that helped! CandyMafia
