I have been using this product for a while now and of all the similar products, I feel this one really does its job well.It helps to reduce the eye-strain and you also feel your eyes getting moist by itself after having been overly exposed to the blue light.Though it's a little on the expensive side, it is a much needed eye nutrition/supplement.

Its good for eye problems

This product claims about improving vision and age-related macular degeneration and other benefits but one thing which works for me is relief in dry eyes and strain.I work almost for 10 hours in a day on my laptop which causes dry eyes and strain. Then comes the Truebasics Eye shield which helps in reducing eye strain and a mild headache.Value for money.

Since covid-19 lockdown, I am doing constant WFH. My screen time was around 9-10 Hrs. Last year around Dec-2020, I was facing scratchiness and dryness in both eyes. I thought it could be temporary or may be vanished after sometime. However things gone worse and I visited eye hospital in January-2021. I spoke with doctor and went through some tests. Doctor confirmed it to be dry eyes syndrome. He prescribed eye drops and Omega-3 capsules. I started using the medicine but didn't' find any improvement and was very upset due to scratchiness. Someday I was searching for Omega-3 supplements on Internet and found this product. I thought to use it as I had used many expensive products. I am using this since last >5 months and found it worthy as It helped me to cope and subside dryness. I would recommend this those who have screen time > 5 Hrs. a day.

Second day on tablet I noticed the difference - did not get the usual pain after few hours of PC use. Glad. Hopeful.Continued popping for few more days, then increased screen time, pain was on and off. So Introduced more changes in lifestyle to complement the benefit due to tablets. Improvement still going on, YMMV.Ordered second bottle.After 14+ years of my eyes glued daily to multiple monitors(I'm in IT), getting back to normal will take a while I know. And its gonna take discipline and care.What this tablet did? It made me hopeful I could continue my beloved profession for few more years. Especially in covid when you are scared to visit a doc and stuck-at-home-office life is gonna worsen your overall health.I chose this due to best combination of EPA/DHA + lutein + zeaxanthanin in one tab. I needed all these for my condition.Do research on what YOUR eyes need. And understand there is no magic pill if your eye-abusing habits/lifestyle choices are not addressed.
