Going to contact the manufacturer AND amazon does anyone know how to report the misrepresentation that the item is gluten free as it is has wheat?

Can I use this like oatmeal & make hot cereal?

Yes, you can use it like oatmeal but it needs 5 or 10 minutes or more to cook depending on how soft you like it. I think the flavor is even better than oatmeal but the flaked version of kamut isn’t really gooey which I prefer.

Delicious! Exactly as advertised.

Kamut is a type of WHEAT. Yupik makes NO claims this is gluten free.It is however, wonderful for anyone w. sensitivity to oats. ☺ Love their rolled Barley (not gluten free) and quinoa flakes (gluten free) for making granola!! Fresh, good quality flakes. Delicious as cooked cereal or added to baked goods (although, granola is still our favorite!) ♥Find Yupik brand to be consistently fresh/ quality products at fairly reasonable prices. I've purchased several types of flakes, grains, seeds (quinoa, sesame) Very Happy with everything.

Better skin, better sleep

I bought this to be nice. A friend suggested it. I quickly wondered why and I wasn't expecting much. But I was very pleasantly surprised! Tastes great (in oatmeal and smoothies. Do not recommend as a tea.) Had every day for only a week and I feel better, I sleep better, and my skin feels better and looks better. Would recommend!

Good taste, but not really flakes

I love the taste and texture of kamut wheat.I bought this for making my own granola because every commercial granola is too sweet for my taste. The taste and quality of this product is good, but it's not really rolled out fully into flakes, so granola comes out like horsefeed.Even though it didn't serve the purpose I bought it for, it still makes a very good hot cereal, so that's how I will use it.I would buy it again for cereal, but I have to look for something else for making my granola.

My favorite

Much healthier alternative than regular oats. I love to blend them with coconut milk, green banana/plantain, and put on the stovetop to make porridge. My absolute favorite comfort meal. Can also be used to make granola.
