Great Sea Salt
This is the second time I ordered this product. I cook a lot, and it is a great sea salt for those recipes that need sea salt, or you want a really nice finishing salt for brochetta, salted caramel, or other such foods.

Received a little wet. Decent taste though.
Flavor was fine. Tasted salty. It's large crispy crystals. Like breakable regular salt. It also was a little wet and stuck to the shipping bag and holds it's shape. See pic. It will take weeks to dry out but should taste like salt still when I'm done. I would never use this for my display salt however, which I wanted for the price.....

Great product!
Attention FOODIES! We bought a box to make sure that it WAS actually flaked salt, because many other companies say "flaked" but once received, it's "chunks". This is the REAL DEAL, and we IMMEDIATELY bought another box. You will love this product!

GAME CHANGER
This salt is AMAZING. What real salt should taste like. Everyone should be using this salt. Less chemicals and enhances all the flavors of my baking and cooking. For both savory and sweet dishes. GAME CHANGER.

True Rock
Salt is a rock, no matter how you dress it up and charge for it. And, religion aside, good flake salt has a crystalline structure that allows it to melt and blend into the food it's seasoning. True Salt seems to not want to do any of that. To say this salt is too salty is more than an oxymoron. Cooking something "fast", like scrambled eggs -even burger- must not give the salt time to dissolve. Bright -salty- spots pop up where more grains might have congregated. Maybe it's OK for pasta water; but Morton's has that job covered. I bought this because SaltWorks disappeared during the Plague. I see they're back now; I'm going back too. Sorry for the review

Crunchy clean taste.
Great taste and can be used for anything. I use it to cook and as a finishing Salt. Very similar to pricier English salts with a clean taste.
